Responsibilities
Dr. Clevenger is responsible for advising a portion of the freshmen and sophomores in the Pamplin College of Business. She coordinates information sessions for non-majors who wish to transfer into the college. She also works with recruiting prospective students to the Pamplin College of Business.
Biography
Dr. Clevenger was a professor in fashion design, fashion history, and textile science for several years at Radford University. She specialized in Native America dress and ancient Highland dress. While there, she was also an advisor in her department. She is truly a Hokie since she received three degrees from Virginia Tech. Dr. Clevenger is originally from Eielson, Alaska but grew up moving around the country as an Air Force brat. Her husband and his family are all Virginia Tech alums, too. She is passionate about Hokie football and has attended nearly every game since 1993.
